Simon Staniforth
Partner & Senior Consultant
Simon co-founded Total CRM in 2006 after successfully running True Solutions (another CRM business) for 8 years.
He manages our internal systems as well as consulting on client projects, and embraces the challenge of keeping up with the massive changes in the CRM industry. His favourite thing about CRM is seeing the benefits that it provides our clients.
Outside of work, Simon loves taking trips with his family, coaching basketball and walking his Golden Retriever.

Alex Nosiara
Partner & Senior Consultant
Alex has experience as a programmer, sales manager and director which all adds value to his most rewarding role as a CRM consultant who is always looking for the ‘perfect’ answer – he’s never satisfied with a workaround. He is a co-founder of Total CRM, and has consulted on a wide variety of CRM software, including ACT, GoldMine, Maximizer, MS CRM, Salesforce, NetSuite and Dynamics 365.
Alex speaks Business Manager, Marketing and IT and translates IT speak into everyday English. He’s loves data and can’t get enough of it!

Chathura Rodrigo
Consultant
Chathura has been with Total CRM since 2011, working with clients in a wide range of industries including health, education, and manufacturing. He has experience with Goldmine, Maximizer, MS CRM and Dynamics 365, and is heavily involved in projects that include data migration and data integration from a range of different environments. He is our expert at building reports – he loves building custom CRM reports to give our customers easy access to the data and business insights they need.
