- Ad-hoc Consulting
- Fixed Price Project
- Purchase a Custom App and Managed Support Service
We use our hourly rate for ad-hoc consulting, where we simply charge based on time spent, rather than fixed results.
Fixed Price Project
The fixed price project engagement is where we provide a single price for all the features required, which will be paid in milestones. Typically, 20% up-front and 20% on completion with some extra milestones in between.
Custom App Engagement
The Custom App engagement is where we build and sell you a custom App for Dynamics 365 where there is no-fixed price component at all, only a monthly fee. Instead of buying Dynamics 365 licenses from your current provider you buy our App instead. In this model we would hope to charge the same rate as you are currently paying for Dynamics 365 licenses, but sometimes we must charge a little extra. However, we require you to also purchase our Level 2 Support Agreement at $25+GST per user per month.
