Challenge and Solutions
The Dynamics implementation delivered a centralised database for the whole business of all members and prospects, and all activities relating to them. Integration with their MYOB EXO accounting so that member purchase details and invoice history is available from within Dynamics. In addition, a portal was created for members to log in and update their details and view purchases and history.
