Established in 1988, Sunlover Heating and Oasis Heat Pumps have expanded from their Melbourne beginnings into a national leader in pool and spa heating and cooling solutions, serving trade customers, pool builders, and retail pool shops across Australia.
Challenge and Solutions
Sunlover Heating needed a modern Field Service solution integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central to replace their existing Ostendo/Freeway system. In addition, the client required integration with Nearmaps for additional site mapping as well as SMS Global for communicating with clients via SMS messages.
The project implemented Dynamic 365 Field Service integrated with Dynamics 365 Business Central. The implementation utilised the built-in integration between the two products with customisation to ensure it operated exactly to requirements.
