Challenge and Solutions
Flow Power had an existing CRM that did not allow recording of quote details. This meant that management were unable to gain in-depth insights and reporting.
This remediation project involved updating the existing sales module to allow for scalability and self-management of products. We extended the system with a custom quoting module to allow for Flow Power’s unique electricity pricing structure. With the quoting module in place, Flow Power were able to achieve accurate forecasting.
