Pope Packaging had deployed CRM several years earlier, but experienced limited success. Understanding what we needed to put in place, we began a search for the right CRM partner. The partner we sought needed to demonstrate the necessary Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement functional and technical knowledge. They also needed a wealth of experience with implementing and supporting progressive companies in managing and continuously improving their customer engagements and presales activities. We recently engaged Total CRM to undertake a project to customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 with several new features and a number of small enhancements and fixes. From the initial briefing with Simon and Jacob, through to the bulk of the work performed by Chathura, Total CRM understood our needs very well and completed the whole project in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Chathura was always very responsive to any additional needs or issues that arose in testing and would speedily put a fix in place.
As a small team without a business analyst or similar to write full requirements and user stories, Total CRM were able to understand what we required and propose good solutions which have performed well. Support after production deployment was also excellent with some minor glitches attended to promptly.
