Glen Dimplex Australia Pty Ltd is part of the Glen Dimplex Group which was founded in 1973. It is considered the world’s largest electrical heating business and holds significant market positions in the domestic appliance industry worldwide. With an annual turnover of AU$2.8 Billion, the Group employs over 10,000 people.
Challenge and Solutions
This project implemented Dynamics for Glen Dimplex Australia’s store team that visit retail stores such as Good Guys and Harvey Norman to track store visits, on-site training and orders. It also applied Dynamics to their commercial team selling to builders to sign up and install their products into new construction projects. In addition, Dynamics was implemented for their direct sales team. It was integrated with their worldwide System 21 ERP program so that customers, orders and prices are synced with Dynamics 365.
