Alex Nosiara
Partner & Senior Consultant
Alex has experience as a Programmer, Sales Manager and Director, which all add value to his most rewarding role as a CRM Consultant who is always looking for the perfect solution for our clients.
He is a co-founder of Total CRM and has consulted on a wide variety of CRM and Marketing systems over the years including Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ClickDimensions and Act-On.
Alex is the Development Leader and a Senior Consultant at Total CRM. He oversees the internal training and skilling of our staff to ensure they can provide high-quality work to our customers.
Alex spends his free time going to hockey and badminton matches with his family, playing board games and running.
Simon Staniforth
Partner & Senior Consultant
Simon co-founded Total CRM in 2006 after successfully running True Solutions for eight years.
He manages our internal systems as well as consulting on client projects and embraces the challenge of keeping up with the massive changes in the CRM industry. His favourite thing about CRM is seeing the benefits that it provides our clients.
As Project Coordinator and Senior Consultant at Total CRM, Simon is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all projects. He oversees the planning, budgeting, and delivery of each project, as well as providing expert guidance and support to the project team and the clients.
Outside of work, Simon loves taking trips, running and playing PS5.
Chathura Rodrigo
Support Manager & Consultant
Chathura has been with Total CRM since 2011, working with clients from a wide range of industries including health, education and manufacturing. He has experience with Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions, Maximizer and Goldmine.
He is heavily involved in projects that include data migration and data integration from a range of different environments. Skilled in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI, he is our expert at building custom CRM reports, giving our customers easy access to the data and business insights they need.
Chathura is not only a skilled consultant, but also the leader of our Customer Support team. He ensures that our support systems and staff are always ready to provide excellent service to our customers.
Chathura is friendly and accommodating and provides exceptional application support to our clients.
In his spare time, Chathura enjoys going for bike rides with his two boys, gardening, going for walks, and travelling.
Jacob Staniforth
Sales Manager & Consultant
Jacob has been with Total CRM since the beginning of 2018. He is an avid learner and is always trying to figure out the most effective way to solve problems.
Jacob is the leader of our sales team at Total CRM, where he excels at creating strong customer relationships with prospects and existing clients. He has a knack for identifying customer needs and matching them with solutions that deliver great results. Our customers appreciate his professionalism and expertise.
He specialises in taking our customers through all stages of their implementation process to help achieve their desired outcomes. He also works with customers to ensure their staff are getting the most out of their system.
Jacob strives to make your experience as enjoyable as possible when working with Total CRM.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys being outdoors, working on his fitness and playing video games.
Carolyn Staniforth
Financial Controller
Caz and Simon co-founded True Solutions in 1998 when their first son was just two years old. They went on to merge with Alex in 2006 to form Total CRM.
She manages the financial and administrative side of the business, taking care that our staff and customers receive accurate and efficient service in this area.
Outside of work, Caz loves to travel and have new adventures with family and friends. She also enjoys tennis, gym, and photography.
Kai Creed
CRM Support & Services
Kai has been with Total CRM since the beginning of 2023. He has a certificate in IT, a background in technical support and has extensive customer service experience.
He is our first point of contact for customer support queries, providing timely, friendly and helpful service to make sure your CRM software is always running smoothly. Kai has a passion for technology and computing, with a particular interest in AI and machine learning. This, combined with his analytical and perfectionist nature, make him the best person to assist our customers with technical issues.
Outside of work, Kai spends his spare time playing video games, weightlifting and he loves anime and Japanese culture.
