Challenge and Solutions
Dynamics is used to track all leads and enquiries for jobs and match speakers to the engagement requirements. All jobs are quoted, and contracts generated from Dynamics directly. Sales are entered into their MYOB cloud accounting directly from Dynamics.
Their website allows customers to browse the speakers, while the data is kept in Dynamics. In Dynamics, the users can change and add speakers, their photos and videos, and at the push of a button publish to the website.
